Human Resource Intern (Hybrid)

Data2Bots, an IT Consulting Company is seeking a qualified Human Resources Intern who will be involved with  various aspects of human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and HR policy implementation. You will also play a key role in ensuring that Data2Bots attracts, develops, and retains top talents while fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.



SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS, AND REQUIREMENTS:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Must have completed the NYSC program.

  • Resides in Abuja and is available to work in the office 3-4 times per week.

  • Demonstrates a strong interest in HR functions and a willingness to learn.

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Open to a paid internship opportunity with potential for growth.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively assess technical skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficient in Office applications.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending offers.

  • Collaborate with the hiring team to ensure timely and successful onboarding of new employees

  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of performance management programs.

  • Guide managers on performance feedback, goal-setting, and performance improvement plans.

  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide recommendations for promotions, transfers, and terminations.

  • Identify training and development needs within the organisation and coordinate training programs.

  • Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and benefits enrollment.

  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation packages.

  • Maintain accurate records of employee compensation and benefits data.
