Technical Sales Consultant (Netherlands, Hybrid)

Data2Bots, an IT consulting firm, is looking to engage a strategic and high performing Technical Sales Consultant who will be responsible for driving sales of technical products and services by understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and providing expert technical guidance throughout the sales process. This role involves working closely with the sales team, technical support, and product development teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.


SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.

  • Proven experience in technical sales, consulting, or a related role.

  • Must be residing in The Netherlands

  • Strong technical background and understanding of the company’s industry and products.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Results-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Must be fluent in Dutch

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their technical requirements.

  • Conduct in-depth needs analysis and consult with clients to provide tailored solutions

  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.

  • Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s technical products, services, and industry trends.

  • Work closely with the sales team to develop sales strategies and achieve targets.

  • Collaborate with the technical support and product development teams to address clients feedback and improve product offerings.

  • Maintain clear and effective communication with clients throughout the sales cycle.

  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and clients feedback 

  • Provide post-sales support to ensure clients satisfaction and address any technical issues.

  • Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure successful implementation and usage of products. 

  • Identify new business opportunities.
