Technical Recruitment Specialist (Hybrid)

Data2Bots, an IT Consulting Company is seeking a qualified Technical Recruitment Specialist at Data2Bots, who will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions, including Data Engineers, Python Engineers, DevOps Developer, Analytics Engineers, IT professionals, and other technical roles. You will play a critical role in identifying and attracting top technical talent, conducting technical assessments, and partnering with the hiring team to ensure successful placements.



SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS, AND REQUIREMENTS:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience in technical recruitment or IT talent acquisition.

  • Must reside in Abuja

  • Strong knowledge of technical roles and skills, including software development, Data Engineering, Python Engineering, Analytics Engineering, IT professionals, and other technical skills.

  • Familiarity with technical recruitment tools, platforms, and sourcing strategies.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively assess technical skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficient in Office applications and recruitment software such as freshteam


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top technical talent.

  • Collaborate with the hiring team to understand technical requirements, conduct technical assessments, and make hiring recommendations.

  • Conduct technical assessments, including coding tests, technical interviews, and other relevant evaluations.

  • Evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and qualifications to determine their suitability for the role.

  • Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers on candidates' technical abilities

  • Utilise various sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, networking, and other channels, to identify and attract qualified technical candidates.

  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future technical hiring needs.

  • Proactively network and engage with technical communities to establish relationships with potential candidates.

  • Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates in consultation with hiring managers and HR.

  • Negotiate compensation packages and other terms of employment with candidates.

  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of pre-employment checks, background screenings, and other onboarding requirements.

  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws, company policies, and best practices in recruitment and selection.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities, including candidate data, interview feedback, and recruitment metrics.

  • Provide guidance to hiring managers on recruitment policies, procedures, and best practices.
