JOB SUMMARY

Data2Bots, an IT consulting firm, is looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales and Growth Manager to lead our expansion efforts in Nigeria. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and operational sales person, with a proven track record in B2B sales and growth. He/She will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive go-to-market strategy to drive revenue and profitability for Data2Bots NG.

SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree in any Business related field or Marketing, or similar.

  • Must reside in Abuja

  • Experience in selling IT Solutions or Consultancy services is a must.

  • Must have at least 6 years work experience in sales (and preferably above 30 years of age)

  • Must have at least 3 years in executing sales and growth strategy.

  • Must have at least 3 years in development of sales and growth strategy.

  • Experience in identifying profitable B2B sales opportunities and potential customers.

  • Strategic thinker with the capacity to identify opportunities, analyse challenges and propose innovative solutions.

  • High proficiency in using CRM software or sales analytics tools (preferably, HubSpot).

  • Ability to maintain strong customer relationships and establish industry partnerships.

  • Self motivated and proactive individual who thrives in a fast paced dynamic environment.

  • Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain meaningful relationships

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy to drive revenue and profitability for D2B NG.

  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team, setting clear goals and KPIs aligned with company objectives.

  • Create and regularly review a strategic roadmap outlining short-term and long-term growth objectives, with contingency plans in place.

  • Build and maintain an inventory of sales materials and toolkits to support the sales team in effectively engaging prospects and closing deals.

  • Implement and optimize an end-to-end sales process lifecycle, from lead generation to deal closure, based on data-driven insights and feedback.

  • Develop compelling sales campaigns to attract and engage potential customers, leveraging various channels for lead generation.

  • Segment prospects based on industry and specific needs, selling tailored Business Intelligence (BI) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions to address their unique challenges and objectives.

  • Facilitate the placement of D2B talents by collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team to match skilled professionals with client projects.

  • Establish D2B as a thought leader and trusted advisor in the BI and AI industry, participating in industry events to share insights and expertise.

  • Build and maintain a comprehensive and organised client database using HubSpot Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.

Compensation and benefits:

  • Gross salary between 400,000 - 600,000 Naira depending on the candidate’s level of experience

  • Sales commission (5%)

  • Monthly employer pension contribution (10% of gross salary)

  • Other possible benefits within 6 - 12 months of satisfactory performance
