Recruitment Consultant (Netherlands) (Hybrid) (Remote)

Data2Bots, an IT consulting firm, is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to drive our sales, growth, and expansion strategies in the Netherlands. To be successful in this role, you should demonstrate extensive experience in talent placement and B2B sales and growth. Are you commercially active, energetic, communicative, and results-oriented, then we are looking for you. 

You will be in contact with our clients and potential clients. You will visit them and gauge their needs, this is the only way you can achieve a good match. SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS, AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelors Degree in Business administration, marketing, economics, related field or a comparable level of thinking and working plus professional experience in sales.

  • Previous experience as an HR Sales Consultant or a related field.

  • Advanced knowledge of B2B sales and business development in the Netherlands market.

  • Experience in identifying and acquiring clients, and management of existing clients.

  • Ability to maintain strong client relationships and establish industry partnerships.

  • Competency in negotiating and closing business deals.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Fluent in Dutch with the ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Visiting prospects and visiting clients to develop strong relationships.

  • Carrying out commercial activities, such as hot and cold acquisition and "new business" to generate.

  • Generating the right matches and building a strong candidate network.

  • Identify new business opportunities for D2B Talent pipeline.

  • Evaluating and improving B2B sales, marketing, and branding strategies.

  • Identify key stakeholders and decision-makers in companies and develop a long-lasting relationship with them.

  • Developing a database of current and prospective clients.

  • Developing client relationships and strengthening industry partnerships.

  • Identifying new B2B clients by researching and creating networking opportunities.

  • Developing and nurturing strong and lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at potential client organizations.

  • Building and maintaining a comprehensive and organized client database using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.

  • Leveraging our existing professional network to identify and connect with potential clients.

  • Identifying and targeting potential clients within the sector through various channels, including online research, events, industry publications, and referrals.
