Data2Bots, an IT Consulting company is looking for Strategic Partnership Specialists. The Strategic Partnership Specialist – Talent Placement (EU Market) will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and nurturing strategic relationships with companies across Europe that have significant or recurring talent placement needs. This role is focused on building a strong network of client companies, without direct talent sourcing responsibilities. The ideal candidate is a business development expert with a passion for building partnerships that enable Africa’s young professionals to contribute to the global workforce.

To expand our presence in Europe, we’re looking for a skilled professional to lead our strategic partnership initiatives within the EU market, focusing on developing new business with companies that need top-tier talent placement solutions.

SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, partnership management, or client relationship management within the EU market, preferably in the talent placement or HR services industry.

  • Demonstrated success in developing and managing high-value partnerships, with the ability to drive business growth through strategic alliances in the European context.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for building rapport and negotiating favourable terms.

  • Deep understanding of talent placement needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape within Europe.

  • Able to work independently to build and execute partnership strategies while aligning with broader company goals.

  • An understanding of and commitment to our mission of harnessing Africa’s human capital for global workforce needs.

  • Ability to assess market data and performance metrics to continuously refine partnership approaches.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Proactively identify potential partners in the EU market, initiating relationships with companies across key industries that need access to skilled African talent.

  • Design and implement a strategy tailored to the European market, establishing partnerships that align our mission to support global talent needs with high-impact solutions.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partner companies within Europe, ensuring strong, trust-based relationships that drive client satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Continuously assess European market trends, industry demands, and competitor activities to tailor partnership approaches and ensure alignment with client needs.

  • Negotiate partnership terms and agreements, structuring win-win solutions that meet both client and organizational goals.

  • Work closely with marketing, talent sourcing, and client service teams to align partnership efforts with organizational priorities and mission.

  • Establish KPIs and regularly assess the effectiveness of partnership activities, optimizing strategies based on data and client feedback.
