Sales Specialist- D2B NG (Hybrid)

Data2Bots, an IT consulting firm, is looking to engage a strategic and high-performing Sales Specialist to improve sales and drive the expansion of Data2Bots Solutions NG. To be successful in this role, you should demonstrate extensive experience and knowledge in B2B sales and expert-level HubSpot experience. This role will involve a balanced focus, with 50% dedicated to sales activities and 50% dedicated to HubSpot management.


  • Bachelor's Degree in any Business related field or Marketing, or similar.
  • Expert level experience using HubSpot.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Previous experience as a Growth Associate, Sales Specialist or in Business Development in a tech company is a plus
  • Advanced knowledge of B2B sales strategy.
  • Experience in identifying profitable B2B sales opportunities and potential customers.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and excellent at leads generation.
  • Self motivated and proactive individual who thrives in a fast paced dynamic environment.
  • Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain meaningful relationships



  • Identify and target new business opportunities, leveraging market research and industry trends.
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and present tailored IT solutions.
  • Conduct proactive lead generation activities, including research, networking, and cold outreach to identify prospective leads.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations to secure long-term partnerships.
  • Utilize various channels such as social media, industry events, and referrals to generate high-quality leads.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Design and implement workflows, automation, and integrations in HubSpot to streamline sales processes and improve productivity.
  • Configure and maintain user roles, permissions, and access settings in HubSpot.
  • Customize CRM fields, properties, and views to align with business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a scalable framework for efficiently managing leads, contacts, and deals.
  • Implement sales automation, lead scoring, and nurturing strategies to improve efficiency and conversion rates.
  • Analyze sales data and generate reports to provide insights for decision-making and performance tracking.
