Data2Bots, an IT Consulting Firm is seeking an experienced Content Marketing Specialist to develop comprehensive content strategies that drive engagement and sales results. This role requires a proven track record in content strategy, copywriting, and converting content into sales opportunities. This role is part of the Sales and Growth Team (Talent as a Service) within the Business Development Chapter. The team is responsible for identifying, engaging, and cultivating strategic relationships with European companies that have significant or recurring talent placement needs. The position reports directly to the Sales and Growth Manager (Talent as a Service).

SKILLS, QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

  • 3-5 years of experience in content marketing or related field

  • Minimum 2 years of direct sales or sales enablement experience

  • Demonstrated success in developing content strategies that drive sales

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong understanding of neuromarketing principles and sales psychology

  • Proven track record in managing successful social media campaigns

  • Experience with content analytics, A/B testing, and sales metrics


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the development and implementation of content strategy, ensuring alignment with brand voice and target audience needs

  • Oversee content workshops and conduct A/B testing to optimize content performance and conversion rates

  • Direct the overall tone and messaging across all content platforms

  • Develop advanced copywriting strategies incorporating neuromarketing principles

  • Create compelling sales-focused content that drives lead generation and conversions

  • Mentor and guide junior team members and interns

  • Analyze content performance metrics and sales conversion data to adjust strategies
