Technical Recruitment Intern (Hybrid)

Data2Bots, an IT Consulting Company is seeking a qualified Technical Recruitment Intern at Data2Bots who will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions, including Data Engineers, Python Engineers, DevOps Developer, Analytics Engineers, IT professionals, and other technical roles. You will play a critical role in identifying and attracting top technical talent, conducting technical assessments, and partnering with the hiring team to ensure successful placements.



SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS, AND REQUIREMENTS:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Must have completed the NYSC program.

  • Resides in Abuja and is available to work in the office 3-4 times per week.

  • Demonstrates a strong interest in HR functions and a willingness to learn.

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Open to a paid internship opportunity with potential for growth.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively assess technical skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficient in Office applications.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top technical talent.

  • Collaborate with the hiring team to understand technical requirements, conduct technical assessments, and make hiring recommendations.

  • Conduct technical assessments, including coding tests, technical interviews, and other relevant evaluations.

  • Evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and qualifications to determine their suitability for the role.

  • Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers on candidates' technical abilities

  • Utilise various sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, networking, and other channels, to identify and attract qualified technical candidates.

  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future technical hiring needs.

  • Proactively network and engage with technical communities to establish relationships with potential candidates.
