Recruitment Intern (Hybrid)

Data2Bots, an IT consulting firm, is looking for Recruitment Interns who will play a crucial role in driving our growth by connecting with clients and recruitment specialists in the Netherlands. Your primary focus will be to secure meetings, facilitate interviews, and ensure successful job placements for our candidates. This position requires a proactive and results-driven individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills. This role is part of the Sales and Growth Team (Talent as a Service) within the Business Development Chapter. The team is responsible for identifying, engaging, and cultivating strategic relationships with European companies that have significant or recurring talent placement needs. The position reports directly to the Sales and Growth Manager (Talent as a Service).



SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Must have completed the NYSC program.

  • Resides in Abuja and is available to work in the office 3-4 times per week.

  • Demonstrates a strong interest in HR functions and a willingness to learn.

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Open to a paid internship opportunity with potential for growth.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively assess technical skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficient in Office applications.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Proactively reach out to potential clients and recruitment specialists in the Netherlands to facilitate partnership.

  • Schedule and conduct meetings to discuss their recruitment needs and how Data2Bots can assist.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.

  • Secure a targeted number of client meetings and interviews for our candidates each month.

  • Track and report on the number of meetings booked, interviews conducted, and feedback received.

  • Work closely with the recruitment team to match candidates with suitable job opportunities.

  • Ensure candidates are well-prepared for interviews and follow up on interview outcomes.

  • Achieve a set number of successful job placements each quarter.

  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and candidate progress.

  • Regularly update the CRM system and provide detailed reports to the management team.

  • Analyse sales performance metrics and suggest improvements.
